What is the Euclid Probe?
The Euclid Probe is a microswitch based highly accurate, magnetically coupled Z-Probe.
What does that mean?
The Euclid Probe is not affected by bed or chamber temps ( 80°c rated working temperature), bed material, magnetism, or any surface treatment you applied to your print bed.
That means for you – reliable auto bed leveling all the time regardless of your bed surface and operating temps, humidity.
What's magnetic coupling?
The probe is detachable, so it is only attached to your toolhead when needed and has a spot to rest and relax during printing. This will decrease your toolhead weight and the chance that the probe get caught by a failed print.
Only through the magnetic coupling will the electric circuit be complete and the probe can be detected and be used.

- 4x low profile SMD nuts for securing the screws

- 1x 3 Position header, Dupont female ferrules and cable housing
- 2x M2.5 PT type screws for attaching the toolboard to 3D printed mounts.

Is there a way I still can increase the benefits of the Euclid and get a careless Z-Offset Calibration?
There is an awesome plugin (Protoloft’s – klipper_z_calibration GitHub) out there developed by the Voron and Klipper community, which takes advantage of Z-Endstop off the Voron V1/V2.
In short, the plugin probes the nozzle, Z-Endstop and the Bed Surface and calculates the Z-Offset for your first layer. So if you change your nozzle, bed surface or change your temp of the bed or chamber, it will calculate the correct offset foy our first layer
